Site management

Our Site Manager will be on-site daily to oversee the work and check procedures and quality.

Project management

Our Project Managers Team will liaise with you to coordinate builders, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants. They issue weekly reports with photographs, and answer any questions you may have. We offer weekly meetings on-site with our Head of Construction and Project Manager, or a representative will also be arranged. If this doesn’t work for you, we can arrange a video call to check the building works remotely.


Thanks to our Transparent Approach you will always be in the loop of the site events. You will be notified every time there may be variations, and we will not modify anything unless you approve it.

Interior design and procurement

Finalising and agreeing on the terms of our procurement contract, our Creative Director and Interior Designer will guide you through all aspects of interior design. Starting with mood boards, they’ll offer material choices, products, trusted suppliers and suchlike, giving you a personalised service that perfectly fits the agreed brief.

The handover and snag phase

This is a crucial part of any construction project. This phase marks the transition from the construction phase to the operational phase, where the completed building is handed over to the owner, or operator. During this phase, we walk through the site together, discovering if any defects or issues, known as "snags," are present. If so, they are identified and rectified. The handover and snag phase ensures that the building is fully operational and ready for use.
