Our 10-steps-to-success
Brief
First, we talk things over with you and discuss your brief.
Budget
We then give you an initial budget.
Visit
If this is acceptable, we arrange a convenient time to visit your site and discuss the brief in further details.
Pre-construction
After this site visit, we review the budget as necessary and when it’s accepted, we sign our design and build contract and begin pre-construction services.
Planning
We undertake another on-site inspection to ensure we have all the details and carry out architectural drawings, planning and interior design if required.
Quotation
We then write the Bill of Quantity and Scope of Work to create an accurate quotation of the works.
Procurement
Our team assists you during the Procurement and Sub-contractors selection process.
Builders
We select builders best suited to your project from our in-house team.

Updates
Every week we schedule on-site visits with you, whilst maintaining live updates of every document and sharing them with you regularly.
